History
ßeßeyond started its journey in June 2014, when its core team member came together and started giving shape to the product, ‘Princee’.
Couple of months later, in January 2015, we stepped into ‘services’, but at very selective level.
We don’t believe in unsustainable growth. We grew remarkably there & then onwards ‘Web’ and ‘Mobile’ based application also became a part of our core business.

We have a slim & flat company structure, which leads towards less hierarchy, less bureaucracy, fast decisions & fast work
and it comes out to be more economical and cost effective for both client and us.
Our Team
Our team comprise of heterogeneous mixture of employees whose experience ranges from 0 to 16yrs.
Team members have cross cutting experience and expertise in multiple areas,
which gives them ability to understand others’ problems and give feasible solutions.
Management Team
We at ßeßeyond are led by Mr. Virendra, who has almost 18yrs of experience in software industry.
In that tenure he has worked in different capacities from Software-Developer to CTO.
He has experience of working with start-up as well as Fortune-500 companies. He has handled many onsite/offshore projects.
Mr. Virendra has pioneered hand-held based product development and developed a product to track the vehicle on move,
in the era of Symbian based mobile which was used by Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC)
to increase ridership and to provide convenience to the commuters.
Mr. Virendra has MBA (IT) from IICT and B. Tech (Computer Science & Eng.) from IIT Delhi.
Ms. Sukeerti looks after HR and Finance. She has vast experience in variety of areas from office-management to education domain.
Ms. Sukeerti is a MBA (HR). After MBA, she has started her career in 2002 as office-management executive in Indian MNC,
a well-known name in refrigeration industry for their industrial level cryogenics and refrigeration products.
She was awarded there for many accomplishments especially for initiating and implementing the Management Information System (MIS).
Ms. Sukeerti explored few more areas latter, and finally settled down in ‘Education’. She joined one the most respected school-chain in India.
She got lots of love & affection form students and respects & admirations from co-educators and management.
She was given responsibilities ranging from class-management to school-level event coordination.
